How did we open source our knowledge and practices
Sharing knowledge between a small number of people is easy, but when you start to grow this becomes a challenge. This is how we do it!
Our goals were: fast access to information, easy contribution from everyone, possibility for peer review and cooperation is a must!
So we open sourced it. Our knowledge: standards, procedures, know-how, onboarding tutorials are all in git and we continuously develop it together. And it works! I'll show you how. :)
